As our sales superstar, you'll be the captain of both incoming and outgoing calls, navigating the vast sea of enrollment targets ethically and delivering service so exceptional it'll have customers doing backstrokes of joy. Whether you're fulfilling customer requests, managing the ebb and flow of operations, or creating a memorable experience that'll have people doing cannonballs of happiness, your role is crucial in making British Swim School the coolest pool in town. 🌊

Job Responsibilities:

Outgoing and Incoming calls and respond to emails
Research required information using available resources
Provide customers with product and service information
Accurately enter new customer information into the system
Update existing customer information
Process orders, forms and applications
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to the appropriate resource
Make follow-up and outbound calls as needed to follow up on leads
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Complete call logs
Keep up to date with current promotions
Produce end-of-day reports

Requirements:

High school diploma or higher
Previous experience in sales
Quiet space to work
Computer with camera
Stable internet connection
Background check

Assets: Previous experience in aquatics (specifically in lessons)

Compensation: $16.60 - $20.00 per hour

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.

We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Wherever you are, the aim is to make everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family as we focus on ensuring the “Survival of the Littlest.”
