We currently impact the lives of over 1,000 swimmers and their families each week, and we’re poised to double that reach within the next year. By offering charitable swim scholarships and facilitating key processes for families in Medicaid-based programs, we ensure access and support. As we continue to grow, to include the North Shore, this role will help us scale our compassionate mission, ensuring every operational detail translates into real community impact—so that every swimmer, regardless of age or ability, has the opportunity to become a safe and happy swimmer!
Key Responsibilities Include -
Program Leadership: Independently manage and execute charitable or community-focused programs and design related engagement events. 
Operational Processes: Own exception billing and behind-the-scenes operational workflows with structured, detail-oriented oversight. 
Engagement Coordination: Identify and propose external events, networking, or outreach opportunities, facilitating participation and community representation. 
Project Oversight: Coordinate special projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
Brand Driver: Exhibit passion for the mission and have the gumption for execution of the brand and everything it represents.

This role has a very wide scope and will touch on everything from Marketing to Office Management to Recruiting. Strong organizational skills and communication are vital. MS Office proficiency a must. This is a hybrid role with the expectation that the person spend 50/50 time work site/home. Work site could be Delafield, Cudahy, and/or in the North Shore area as needed.
