British Swim School of Garland-Rowlett is looking for a passionate and driven Aquatic Manager to lead our swim school operations in Rowlett, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your love of aquatics with strong leadership skills to make a real difference in water safety and swimming education for all ages. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily aquatic operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise swim instructors and aquatic staff
Monitor and maintain water quality, pool safety standards, and facility compliance
Manage student enrollments, class scheduling, and program development
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve parent and student concerns promptly
Track and report on program performance, attendance, and revenue metrics
Ensure all staff certifications (CPR, lifeguard, swim instruction) remain current

Requirements:

1 years of experience in swim instruction, or a related leadership role
Current lifeguard certification, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications preferred
Strong knowledge of water safety standards and aquatic programming
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of aquatic professionals
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, enrollments, and administrative tasks
Comfortable working in a pool environment with flexible scheduling, including weekends

Compensation: $19.00 per hour

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.

We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Wherever you are, the aim is to make everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family as we focus on ensuring the “Survival of the Littlest.”
